KVKK Information Text

This information text has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation of Disclosure by Uzman Teknik Endüstriyel Klima Üretim A.Ş. as the data controller.

Audio and video recordings are made through a total of 32 security cameras located at the entrance doors, building exterior, accounting, work areas, visitor waiting room, parking lot, security booth, and floor corridors in our workplace building for the purpose of ensuring building security, and the recording process is supervised by the Management Department.

The personal data in question is processed automatically based on the legal grounds stated in Article 5 of the Law, namely “processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject” and “processing of data is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this processing shall not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.”

The personal data in question may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies upon request in accordance with the relevant legislation or to resolve legal disputes.

Your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the rights of the data subject, can be submitted in writing to Uzman Teknik Endüstriyel Klima Üretim A.Ş. at Atatürk Mahallesi, Yeni Sanayi Sitesi 3. Sokak No:46 Lüleburgaz/Kırklareli or via email to info@klimexs.com from your verified membership email address, in accordance with the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller.

By signing this information text, you accept that Uzman Teknik Endüstriyel Klima Üretim A.Ş., as the data controller, may process your personal data through security cameras and by making audio and video recordings for the purpose of ensuring building security in accordance with this text.
