EVAPORATIVE MODELS

Klimexs evaporatives stand out with energy savings, powerful airflow, and adaptability to a wide range of applications.

Cooling provided through the evaporation of water is the most natural cooling system. The evaporative cooling process occurs whenever hot air comes into contact with water. As the water evaporates upon contact with hot air, it absorbs the heat from the air, thereby reducing the temperature. The principle of evaporative cooling involves maximizing the contact of air with a high amount of water (wet surface) to achieve cooling.

An evaporative cooler has cooling pads with a large surface area. Water from the cooler unit’s reservoir is distributed over the cellulose pads by a small circulation pump, keeping the pads continuously wet.

The hot air drawn into the device by the cooler’s fan comes into contact with the water flowing over the pads as it passes through them. A natural evaporation process occurs, providing a fresh and cool air for a comfortable environment. This air is then delivered directly or through ducts into the environment.

The evaporative air conditioning system ensures a constant presence of FRESH and COOL AIR by supplying fresh and cool air to the environment while simultaneously exhausting the existing stale air.
